Hello world!

April 10, 2018

Oh hey there! Welcome to my page... where all the magic should hopefully happen. Again, I apologize for my scatter brain and I may install a little bouncy ball to help everyone follow along. I want to take a few minutes to introduce myself and my current life stage before getting into the nitty gritty of everyday life and site content.

I am a stay at home mom (the struggle is real I promise) of two beautiful girlies. One is 7 and loves to talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and tallllllllllk. The other is almost two and is learning how to talk and talk and talk. Help me. Personally, I enjoy hearing the sound of the voice in my head, but apparently my children find this unacceptable. Seriously help me. I am also recently engaged to my unicorn of a fiancee who is the best man I could have ever asked for. They say you either marry your father or the exact opposite and I am hoping my girlies find someone like him. You will get sick to death of me talking about him so I will try to control myself.

To be frank, being a stay at home mom was always a dream I thought I would never be lucky enough to have. I was a single parent from the beginning of my first born's life including the pregnancy. It was tough. I remember crying constantly thinking about how much work I had ahead of me to give this pickle butt a good life (yes I call her pickle butt and maybe one day I will tell you why). I struggled, I conquored, and now I am at a "normal" state of life with the family I created and a house jam packed with animals. Our fury friends are an active dog named Ruby (rubster, tiger, pup, dumbass) and three cats named Pumpkin, Boi (creeper), and Big Guy (the big fury boss, el boso). To clearify I only entered this relationship with Pumpkin so clearly he is the crazy cat lady not me.

That's my life in a nut shell; kids, fiancee, pets, crafting, struggling to maintain sanity. Hopefully you enjoy my stories and my sneak peak into my everyday life. Remember, I am not a professional anything so do not take anything I say for legal or medical advice. Enjoy!
